Forward is het verhaal van een atleet die zijn hele leven heeft gevochten om de beste kitesurfer ter wereld te worden. Als hij eindelijk de wereldtitel veroverd in 2011, staat Youri Zoon op een andere plek. Wat kan zijn nieuwe doel nog worden? Waar wil hij voor gaan in 2012? World Champion kiteboarding Youri Zoon and EyEFORcE productions present the trailer of their new project “FORWARD”. In the first chapter of FORWARD, Youri Zoon has to deal with the weight of the world championship. Being in the best, but most challenging position in his career, he is confronted a major setback.
FORWARD will be broadcasted in three chapters. The webseries was shot during one month in Cape Town but also shows footage of Youri during the competitive season. In Cape Town, EyEFORcE was the first ever to film kiteboarding with a high speed camera. Shooting up to 1500 frames per second, the Phantom camera they used was able to capture the beauty of Youri’s style like never before.
